Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and onboarding calls to both prospective and current patients, focusing on educating and motivating them to effectively use medical devices.
- Lead onboarding sessions that introduce patients to their health devices, demonstrating how these tools can enhance their overall wellness.
- Provide personalized, compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and fostering confidence in device usage.
- Initiate follow-up calls to engage patients actively and encourage adherence to their health monitoring devices.
- Identify barriers to patient adherence and collaborate with patients to develop solutions that promote consistent engagement.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through clear and empathetic communication.
- Keep healthcare providers informed about patient progress, working collaboratively to address any arising issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all patient interactions and outcomes within the electronic health record (EHR) system to support ongoing improvement efforts.
- Stay current with advances in medical devices and communication strategies to enhance patient interaction and engagement.
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on results and patient-centered care.
- Participate in team projects and initiatives as required.

- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet connection (speed test required during the interview).
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare or sales-focused role is preferred.
- An active Massachusetts license is required.
